David was born and raised in Los Angeles and has been fortunate enough to call iconic towns such as Santa Monica and Culver City home. David attained his B.A. from California State Los Angeles.

Prior to real estate, David began his professional career as Law enforcement officer working throughout Los Angeles County. This experience sharpened his interpersonal skills and also enriched his senses as he spent time in the multitude of neighborhoods that make up Southern California.
Ricardo has been in Real Estate for over 25 years, he began his career as an assistant at the age of 18, then went on to get his Real Estate license at the age of 20. At an early age Ricardos passion was to help people buy their first home. Later in his career Ricardo worked with investors and new construction developers where he managed the construction and negotiated contracts with general contractors, this helped him develop his Managing and Communication skills.
